NEXT STEPS | Mall Walking Program

NEXT STEPS is a fun, friendly walking group for stroke survivors, offered throughout British Columbia. Participants walk at their own pace and distance in a safe indoor mall, with easy access to washrooms, seating areas and other amenities. Groups meet once a week to keep active, maintain mobility, and socialize with others in the community.

Next Steps is currently on hold, due to the pandemic.
We will update this page when we are back up and walking/rolling.
