Why be a member?

To help us improve the lives of all those affected by stroke. A member can nominate board members, vote at board elections held as part of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) process, become a board director, and vote at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings (when duly called as per Stroke Recovery BC Bylaws). Members do not attend or vote at Board meetings.

Who qualifies?

BC residents, 19 years of age or older, who agree to uphold the Constitution and the Bylaws and abide by the policies and procedures established by the Board.

How to apply:

The membership application can be found here for download.
Complete your membership application or membership renewal form and mail along with $20 fee to the Provincial Office at 300-3665 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5R 5W2
Documents can also be scanned and emailed to office@strokerecoverybc.ca or faxed to 604 688 3377 when $20 payment is made via cheque.

Please note: Stroke Recovery BC membership fees are not charitably receipted.
