The Stroke Recovery Association of British Columbia is a non-profit society incorporated under the Society Act of British Columbia. Its constitution and bylaws govern the Association.
The Association’s Vision is that every stroke survivor in BC has respect, inclusion, and support in their home community. Its Mission is that through its local Stroke Recovery Branches, SRABC is committed to assisting stroke survivors and their caregivers throughout the province to improve their overall quality of life.
We are comprised of 37 stroke recovery branches, 37 wonderful coordinators, 1500 members who are either stroke surviviors, caregivers, or volunteers, and a provincial office in Vancouver that provides administrative, financial, and educational support to the branches.
