SRABC currently has 29 branches distributed over the five BC Health regions as follows:

Branches provide a friendly place where stroke survivors, families, friends, and caregivers can get encouragement, help, and support.
We offer a range of programs designed to support stroke survivors in the community after they leave hospital.
Branches range in size from approximately 10 to 65 members.
The programs on offer vary depending on the resources available.
The program at each Branch is run by a paid Branch Coordinator.
We offer these activities at our stroke recovery Branches:
- Physical Exercises
- Communication and Memory Exercises
- Social Interaction and Recreation
- Support from Fellow Stroke Survivors
- Caregiver Support
- Stroke Education
- Help Finding other Health and Community Resources
